- 1 tablespoon essential olive oil
- 1/2 moderate onion chopped
- 12 oz . portobello mushrooms chopped
- 2-3 cloves garlic clove minced
- 3 dashes Italian seasoning
- 1 heaping teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/3 cup dried out white wine
- 1 cup large/whipping cream
- 1 lb uncooked potato gnocchi
- 1 generous handful child spinach
- 1/2 cup newly grated parmesan cheese
- Sodium & pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley cut, to taste
- Add the essential olive oil to some skillet on moderate high heat. Include the onion and sauté for five minutes, stirring sometimes. It’s okay if it gets lightly browned.
- Include the mushrooms, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Continue steadily to cook, stirring sometimes, for another five minutes.
- Stir within the Dijon mustard and whitened wine. Allow it bubble for one minute or so.
- Add the lotion and gnocchi. Wait around until it begins to bubble once again, then protect the skillet and decrease the warmth to medium-low. Make for three minutes.
- Stir within the spinach, cover the skillet again, and prepare for three minutes.
