These vegan potstickers are usually much better than takeout with a very tasty mushroom and veggie filling up and homemade wonton wrappers to make sure that they’re vegan! As soon as you’ve perfected these bad males, you’ll never purchase takeout again!

I love producing dumplings of most types. Whether it’s vegan pierogi, smoky tofu potstickers or vegan wontons, I really like wrapping points in dough!



  • 25 vegan wonton wrappers (observe note)
  • 2 tablespoons essential oil, divided
  • Fifty percent an onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoons minced ginger
  • 3/4 cup cut mushrooms (Asian blend or oyster or shiitake or whitened button)
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 mug shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup cut green onions
  • Sodium and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Drinking water for steaming
  • 1/4 mug soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons grain vinegar


  1. Warmth 1 tablespoon of essential oil in a big skillet over medium-high warmth. Add the cut onion and whitened elements of the natural onions and fry until softened. Include the garlic clove and ginger and fry until fragrant – about 2 moments. Include the mushrooms and fry for an additional five minutes or until smooth and starting to brown.
