  • 5 1/2 Tablespoons Investor Joes Natural Ketchup


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat stove to 350 F and grease a muffin pan
  2. In a dish combine ground meat, cut onion, egg, pork panko, onion natural powder, garlic natural powder, Italian seasoning, sodium, pepper and knead collectively until well mixed.
