Ingredients

Fish Taco Components:

  • 24 small whitened corn tortillas
  • 1 1/2 lb tilapia
  • 1/2 tsp floor cumin
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp dark pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Essential olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp Butter

Seafood Taco Toppings:

  • 1/2 small crimson cabbage
  • 2 moderate avocado sliced
  • 2 roma tomato vegetables diced (optional)
  • 1/2 diced reddish onion
  • 1/2 number Cilantro more time stems removed
  • 4 oz 1 mug Cotija parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 lime slice into 8 wedges to serve
  • Seafood Taco Sauce Components:
  • 1/2 mug sour cream
  • 1/3 mug Mayo
  • 2 Tbsp lime fruit juice from 1 moderate lime
  • 1 tsp garlic clove powder
  • 1 tsp Sriracha sauce or even to taste

Instructions

  1. Line large cooking sheet with parchment or silicon liner. In a little dish, mix seasonings: 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper, 1 tsp sodium and 1/4 tsp dark pepper and equally sprinkle seasoning blend over both edges of tilapia.
  2. Lightly drizzle seafood with essential olive oil and dot each item with butter. Bake at 375 for 20-25 min. To brownish sides, broil for 3-5 moments by the end if desired.
  3. Mix all Taco sauce components in a moderate dish and whisk until nicely blended.
