- 8 oz . dry pasta of preference
- 1 medium avocado, pores and skin and seed removed
- 2 tablespoons essential olive oil
- 1 and 1/2 mugs basil, loosely packed
- 1 cup freezing spinach, thawed
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/4 mug cashews
- 2 tablespoons lemon fruit juice in one lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon dark pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Cook pasta in accordance with package instructions.
- Meanwhile, create the pesto. Include all ingredients to some blender or meals processor. Mix until easy and spreadable. Flavor for sodium and pepper.
- Toss pesto and pasta collectively. Enjoy topped with new cherry tomatoes.
