Mushroom Avocado Toast
This easy and flavorful vegan avocado toast will be topped with comfortable skillet mushrooms and contains a mildly garlic taste. Mushroom Avocado Toast is ideal for brunch!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced up, any variety
  • 2-3 tsp additional virgin essential olive oil
  • 2-4 cloves garlic clove, roughly chopped
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic or apple company cider vinegar
  • sodium and pepper to taste
  • 2 slices breads, toasted
  • 1 small avocado
  • 1/2 new lemon – for that juice

Instructions

  1. Warm skillet over high temperature. Add the essential oil. When the essential oil is hot, include the garlic. In regards to a minutes later, put in the mushrooms. Toss within the oil a little having a spatula.
