Baked Teriyaki Chicken

I really like how simple this poultry teriyaki is. Simply heat several sauce ingredients inside a pan (almost all of it really is store cupboard), put over the poultry and bake within the oven. What could possibly be easier!

I love to use chicken white meat in this formula. Lots of people use poultry thighs – that are delicious as well, and ideal for ensuring the meats is damp – nevertheless I see them fiddly and frustrating to cut. That’s fine in the weekend, however, not mid-week when I’m in a rush to get supper up for grabs.
