Baked Shrimp Scampi


You don’t need to pull out several pans and pots for this Cooked Shrimp Scampi. The complete dish is cooked in the stove!

Do you feel like you merely can’t catch a rest? We do. To become fair, we realize we’re really fortunate. Both Laura and I come in a healthy body, and Robbie is an excellent (wonderfully exhausting, that’s!) toddler. However when it involves having work carried out throughout the house, we only need terrible luck. Generally, we’re even more ‘do-it-yourself’ kind of folks, but you can find just some points where I attract the collection. Like installing a getaway window within the basement. Or tearing away and re-laying a fresh driveway. Or anything electric. That’s where I contact someone.

You don’t need to pull out several pans and pots for this Cooked Shrimp Scampi. The complete dish is cooked in the stove!

  • 16 oz. linguine pasta uncooked
  • 1 cup white wines see note
  • 3 cups low-sodium poultry stock
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 medium whitened onion diced
  • 1½ Tbsp garlic minced
  • ½ mug Parmesan cheese grated and separated (plus much more for garnish)
  • 2 pounds large natural shrimp shelled and deveined but with tails on
  • ¼ mug unsalted butter melted
  • ½ cup Panko-style breads crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp Italian parsley cut (plus much more for garnish)


  1. Preheat stove to 425°F.
  2. Lightly apply a 9”x13” cooking dish with cooking food spray. Distribute the pasta equally into baking meal. (Notice: If required, feel absolve to break pasta in two.)
  3. Using a moderate mixing bowl, include wine, chicken share, lemon fruit juice, mustard, onion, garlic and ¼ mug of Parmesan cheese; whisk collectively until well mixed. Pour this combination over uncooked pasta and mix gently.
  4. Cover pan firmly with foil and bake for 20 moments.
  5. Eliminate foil and mix. Replace foil and carry on cooking for 20 even more minutes. (Notice: Stirring is essential here because the pasta will have a tendency to clump collectively if it’s not really stirred up a little.)
